Join our fun and inspiring kids' yoga classes, where movement, imagination, and mindfulness come together! Led by Lizzie, an experienced primary school teacher, certified Cosmic Kids yoga instructor, and mum of two, these sessions encourage children to explore their bodies, emotions, and creativity in a safe and engaging environment.

Spring Awakened retreat

Led our founder, Lucy Corbally, this morning retreat will welcome in the new season with joy and hopefulness. We’ll explore movement, breath and rest; giving you time and space to reflect and move into the spring with intention.

Join us as we embrace the new season with mindful breathing, gentle movements, and a serene atmosphere to set the tone for your day. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this session will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the beauty of spring.

Led by Lauren Samet, this spicy dynamic class will focus on a full-body workout that blends mindful movement with conditioning techniques to awaken your muscles and boost your vitality. Whether you're looking to complement your yoga practice or simply build a stronger, more resilient body, this session is perfect to get the day started!

kids yoga
Led by Lizzie from Childrens Yoga York, this session features an exciting yoga adventure story, helping children move, stretch, and build confidence while having fun! After the yoga journey, kids will take part in a creative craft or mindfulness activity linked to the story.

Postnatal + mamas social
This special morning is dedicated to our amazing Mama community! Join us with baby, or bump!
Our Postnatal Yoga classes are a lovely way reintroduce movement and find some space and support. We spend time stretching out with mindful movement – easing achy limbs and tired minds. With time to connect, chat, share - and of course, tea and snacks!
