I came to yoga about 20 years ago, living in London and a little lost with what it was I was meant to be doing with this one precious life. I found a yoga class in a church hall and never looked back. Since then, I have practiced, trained + taught around the world. But it is the essence of this first experience which underpins my teaching, and what Breathing Space is built on: outstanding, heartfelt teaching, joyful classes in the communities I love; a space to feel at home, to come home to ourselves.

Our very own Queen of Calm, Natalie offers both massage and yoga at Breathing Space. She creates space for you to unwind and reconnect to your body and mind. With a background in dance, Natalie’s classes are a blend of creative, accessible movement with lots of focus on the importance of rest.
